Absolutely wonderful company. Had to have a new boiler fitted. From speaking with Karen on the phone 4 days before, to having 2 polite and clean fellas fitting a new Valliant boiler, then seamless transition to electrical team who turned up in perfect timing. In less than 4 hours I had a fitted boiler and a much desired bath run. Special shout out to George who put me at ease instantly with his polite and informative manner (as a single mum I am often nervous with strangers coming into my home). Thank you!

Thank you so much to Chris, Karen and the engineers (Dan in particular). What I thought would be a really painful project ended up being so simple and straight forward thanks to you all. So pleased we made contact and went with Castle Point Gas, we really could not have asked for better service. You all went above and beyond converting us from an all electric house to a home with gas boiler and full central heating system. Our house is now lovely and warm all over making it homely and comfortable during the cold weather. Will definitely be recommending to others and using for any future work needed.

I also would like to say how impressed I was by Castlepoint. The excellent manager responsible for the works was Scott who made himself available and who was also very professional and pleasant to deal with. His staff: Vinny (electrician), Ray (builder/carpenter), Dan and Brandon (boiler engineers) were superb - turning up early and working very hard - without breaks. They were effective, professional, good-humoured and unbelievably clean. Excellent in every way. Castlepoint sets a very high standard indeed. Exemplary in every way and I recommend them without hesitation.

Recently had a new boiler installed by Bill from Castlepoint....It was a big all day job involving the removal of the very old immersion heater from the upstairs landing of my rented masionette...Bill worked tirelessly and I'm very happy with the result....Great communication with head contractor Scott as well.

I am a relative of a customer of CASTLE POINT GAS & HEATING CO. LIMITED. They arranged a replacement of old boiler mate to unvented cylinder. It is rare to find such good customer care these days and I wanted to share how impressed I have been from the service engineers to the director. Not only did they do exactly what my mum wanted but they have offered exemplary customer care since. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Well done all!
