I have also paid over 200.00 for an item in February and have had many excuses over the last few months. Now no response to my emails. Totally disgusted by this service. Also scammed as Ive never received my item even though they said it had been posted and lost by the courier. Rang couriers and theyd never had the item in the first place.

Do not use this company, he is a fraudster. He takes peoples money and does not supply the goods. Luckily my bank covered my costs but i wish i had seen the google reviews before i ordered

Do not make the same mistake I did and pay upfront because Tom will take your money and not deliver the goods. He will come up with all kinds of excuses then when you give him the opportunity to rectify he will just ignore you, then attempt to close his business and open up in another one in a similar name. I doubt very much I will get my money back (500) however if I hinder him generating more business by letting the public know how he operates then I am satisfied - unlike his CCJ I have just registered against his previous company name, check it out on companies house GB RUSTIC PLANK FURNITURE LTD. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. I ordered a tallboy chest of drawers costing 303 in July expecting it to arrive in August. When it didn't show up I contacted Tom, the seller, who told me he had had a flood at his workshop and was behind with his orders. When I had heard nothing some weeks later, I got in touch again and was told it would be delivered mid September. Nothing arrived and the seller did not contact me. When I contacted him again, Tom then sent me a tracking number with an estimated delivery date 22-23rd October. Nothing arrived. When I clicked on the tracking number, it was for a parcel that was delivered in Liverpool on 14th October. This is not my parcel! I live in Devon. Despite contacting Tom many times I have not heard anything from him. This has been a horrible experience and I have lost over 300.

Sad to say I have experienced the same issue as the first two reviews through his company on Etsy.
