I was told they were available for my sisters wedding and had a telephone consultation and an in person one. I came all the way from Manchester. Only to get a follow up email this week to say sorry I am busy and wont take it on. I dont have an issue with that, but it would be better to tell me in the first instance rather than travel a long way assuming we can book. Please dont book these unprofessional people who waste peoples time. Take your custom elsewhere, where you feel appreciated and they happily take on your custom for your special event. In response to your reply: if you did not feel you could take this on, you should have not said you could in the first instance. Very bad business etiquette.

I live in Australia and order from Ellie Mae's for people back home in the UK....They are always beautiful flowers and they go above and beyond to make sure that they get them delivered on time...thanks Jodie for your help today
