Had a beautiful bouquet made by a lady with curly hair today, I chose the colours & said how much I wanted to spend & explained it was for a bereavement, was really happy with them the quality of the flowers were worth every penny, she was very friendly too even making a fuss of my two dogs.

The lady on the telephone was very understanding when I placed my order on 28 March for 50th wedding anniversary basis delivery to my wife on 31 March. I suggested a value of 50 plus delivery for a special display and agreeing to include lilies. The attached photograph shows what was delivered early pm 30 March! The box is as big as the posy. Its definitely Waitrose for me in future. Im told the shop is under new management. A very poor start if thats true.
