Southend Flooring

We used Southend Flooring to install wood flooring and carpet in our licensed club. James provided lots of advice when assessing the work required and gave us a quote which was kept to. It was important the work was completed in a day to minimise loss of business and James employed two teams on the job to ensure our requirements were met. The finish is excellent and all our members have said how nice it looks. James and all the fitters were very professional and very friendly. We would not hesitate in using this company again. We recently had LVT installed after receiving samples.. On the day of installation our fitter Jason recommended we have latex coating on the base board due to uneven floor surface. On that same day he coated our floors and he returned next day to check on the surface as would not install until dry. It did set us back 2 days however he returned very next day and started laying the floor tiles. I asked if we could have a border to give the floor a more refined finish but he recommended a double border to allow for our newly fitted radiators. Thier quality of finish and professional approach and advice was greatly appreciated. We cannot thank the team enough for their expertise and overall laying of our new floor. It was a large surface area with recess corners and curves but it took them no time at all to get the job done.
