        I contacted Bailey & Taylor to try and book a survey for flooring to be fitted in a large Restauran & Cocktail Bar that will be opening in Essex. The woman who answered the phone was abrupt, unhelpful and almost arrogant in her manner, hardly allowing me to speak so much so that after a few minutes of listening to her I politely ended the conversation. I would seriously suggest Bailey & Taylor send their telephone receptionist on a customer handling course in order that people actually get as far as getting a survey completed let alone agree a contract. This was one of a few new venues opening in Essex and we would liked to have had Bailey & Taylor on board.
