Ended up not eating after staff got my meal wrong then tried to charge me for the sauce I already should have had on my chips Manager was unsympathetic We have been using this restaurant for 10 years Never will I go in here again!

Called today around 4.15 on the off chance there might be some space - whoever answered the phone was super helpful and managed to fit us in as long as we were there in the next 10 minutes. Happily we were 5 minutes away so got to the restaurant and were given a warm welcome. Chloe was our server and she could not have been more helpful. Smiley, friendly and everything you would expect. Food was excellent - we had main courses and desserts. Salad bar was kept stocked well and the quality was good - fresh, the area was cleanthe team working today were all very proactive in terms of providing a great experience. We have had a couple of not so great visits to other Harvesters recently - this was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend to all. I couldnt pick fault with anything today, barring the beef dripping gravy not being on my plate when my burger was served to table. Thats the only thing and was rectified immediately and it didnt take away from the whole experience. Thanks to all at the Tarpot!
