We had solar panels fitted a few months ago Ive been really impressed with Sonny and the standard and service in general from this company. The quality and look of the panels is very smart compared to other companies. The communication is really good and when they are sometimes let down by external sources (scaffolding company) they have been nothing but apologetic and so quick to sort everything. Ive recommended them to other friends because I really am impressed all round with the company. You can also get a response out of hours as such and the company have a WhatsApp contact and again I got weekend and evening help which really helped. Cant fault anything and highly recommend them. After having terrible experiences with different companies over the years I can safely say my experience with Smarter Home Improvements has been second to none. Had a solar panel electrical issue. Contacted this company based on reviews and they sent a salesmen. Said I needed everything under the sun to be replaced including non electrical things. Avoid this cowboy outfit. Never even had a tool kit to investigate the issue. I called them to investigate in the first place.
