OVERPRICED COWBOY CONTRACTOR - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Attended to a rental property we have on our books, completely ignored the instruction from the job looking at the lights rather than the boiler causing a 3 day delay in the issue being looked at. Then sent a contractor out who spent a whole 15 minutes at the property before deciding he wasnt qualified for the issue. Had another company attend 2 days later who highlighted the issue was a simple loose connection with the fuse board which was not picked up by the electrician who attended. Raised with complaints team who were rude and arrogant on the phone, they seemed to think it was my job as the customer to diagnose electrical faults rather than the electricians. Refused to offer a single penny off the 222 per hour call out bill, despite clearly being at fault for the saga. Properly pathetic company. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS ONLINE, DO NOT USE.

Given a 4hr slot when the electrician would call. At the 3rd hour they called to say nobody could come for 4 days!!!. Avoid this company at all costs

Called about a light that flickered occasionally. Electrician visited, and replaced the switch. Light failed completely next day, and ERG wanted to charge the same again to visit and investigate. Trustpilot scores in their ad are fake. On their website they claim over 5000 5 star reviews.

Shocking can't believe the price to come out and open a stuck outside light and replace a bulb which we provided 155+vat do not use them
