Jet Dry Clean

Great care taken with varied dry cleaning requirements. I have never had to return anything to be redone, which I have with other dry cleaners in the past.

Ruined a large Laura Ashley rug that we put in for cleaning came back all out of shape and stretched and still stained looks a mess and will now have to look to replace a 500 item ! Took a mattress topper in which is also ruined . Its now filled with lumps and bumps where the innards should be flat and puffy ... really dont know how they can do so much damage to two items ? will not be using them again.

John does sterling work and all my laundry always comes back neatly pressed and clean. He may not be the cheapest, but unlike the business down the road who are miserable and bluff without so much as a 'hello' or smile for their customers, even when given a tip at Christmas, John is both courteous and professional in his service. I suspect that the other 'one-star' reviews brought in items that had seen better days. Does anyone actually have Laura Ashley in their homes still?

Very good service. Called on Saturday 11am and asked about same day dry cleaning. They were able to clean 3 blazers for my kids on the same day and it was done properly. Would definitely recommend and I would use their service again. 5 star service
