They returned my partners suit damp and didnt have his jacket ready on time, said it had gone wrong and it was the brands fault not theirs..?
Then went to pick it up a couple days later, got there for when it opened, nobody there. Called their number, the man answers WHAT?.
Returned his jacket also damp, pretty sure he just sticks it in the washing machine and doesnt actually dry clean. The jacket is ruined. Horrific service and manners.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.especially if you want expensive items dry cleaned.
