        If I could leave no stars I would. Avoid this business! Took a large load of bedding and towels for same day wash and dry. When I returned home with my clean items I realised all of the towels were still damp and needed to be aired out to dry. But worst of all they had destroyed our mattress protector - clearly it had gone into the driers at a high temperature and the synthetic material had literally melted. We took the item back to the shop and they refused to give us a refund as they denied causing the problem. Horrendous business and customer service - will never use them again.
