I have vised this filed with a friend I am posting on behalf of customer blocked from commening since requesting refunds: What was initially a good venue has sadly turned into one to avoid. Closure stated to be due to mud, had a few refunds, but when requesting refunds in full for approx 32 pre booked & paid sessions, owner became non responsive and monies not returned via the cancellation on the website. I have been informed the field at this location is not an option to reopen, which has lead to breach of contract. Formal proceedings are in place to obtain monies paid in good faith. Field owner has not accepted calls from me or responded to repeat messages to enable an easy resolve, so unfortunately formal action is required. I have also been prevented from commenting on the Facebook page, business owner messaged me stating that my comment in relation to none refund and communication has been removed as it looks terrible and she is not trying to rip me off. Several requests for refunds completed ... zero response or resolve....steps will continue as per letter , acknowledged by business owner as received . Anyone owned monies, I would suggest contacting the Citizens advice consumer support, who will assist and refer to trading standards .

Just got in from a fun filled morning at the field. My 2 dogs have run their legs off. So convenient to have a great facility as this nice and local, will be becoming a regular visitor to this field.

Really disappointed. Had our session cancelled before Christmas due to bad weather and the driveway being reshingled. That was totally acceptable. Was offered a rebook or refund and went for a refund. 4 unanswered emails later and still no refund! Totally unacceptable
