Always manage to get an appointment if I call 8am even though youre 18th in the que. This doctor surgery always runs well, always clean and I always have a successful visit. Doctors and nurses and even reception Ive used are full of knowledge, caring, friendly and in no rush to get you in and out. Keep up the hard work everyone at the surgery work can be tough and patients tougher but you are appreciated by the majority thank you!

Disgusting !! Might be how you do things now , been waiting for an appointment for around a month always dread calling your practice , wanted to see if I could get in sooner been feeling unwell for a while , all I want is a referral to go private so not taking any of your time up , receptionist with the attitude (heard it all before ) call up Monday at 8 must be in embedded in the daily routine, comes across very patronising you take care !!! So angry who does she think she is a doctor!!

Dr Long is the worst doctor youll ever come across. Every time Ive seen him he is disinterested, lacks knowledge and fobs you off to get you out of his room as quick as he can.

This is the worst GP I have known! Telephone queues of over 20 calls ahead of me. Being held waiting for over 2 hours with no success to book an appointment for 5 days. No possibility even to speak with anyone unless you wait for over 30 min at any time of the day. Total failure to deliver care.

Terrible service, have been waiting all afternoon for Dr to call, when rang up the Dr apparently rang 3 times....no missed call, no messages....
