When I first moved to Leigh-on-Sea I chose this doctor's because it was round the corner from me the doctor I cannot fault one bit when you have a telephone conversation he's on the button all the time it's just getting past the receptionists, they are arrogant rude and unprofessional I put this in my my NHS doctors survey. Everytime you phone up they say all your appointments are gone even if the time is 8:05 when they only open at 8 I've never known a surgery to never have any spare appointments even if it's a telephone conversation for 5 minutes this is why I gave a rating of 2 stars all they say is phone 111 when 111 it's a phone your doctor is nothing we can do

I chose this surgery using Google reviews when we moved into the area, and haven't been disappointed! My doctor has always been available when needed, made the right decisions to get me a crucial diagnosis, you can order prescriptions (and book appointments) online and the nurses are brilliant, fitting me in between appointments and always being professional and respectful. Yes, the building leaves a lot to be desired, but it doesn't matter when the care you get it so good. Thank-you!

Went there complaining of pain in my shoulder ...remedy ..take paracetomol ..i have arthritis in both knees and hips. Yet no x ray.. Staff brilliant Staff always polite and helpful Doctors can be disappointing

Staff seem great, just seems massively inefficient and dated that repeat prescriptions must be physically written down and handed in - with emails not accepted.
