Was waiting to be connected to a receptionist, finally answered after 30 mins and hung up on me straight away. Really hard to get through to this surgery

Absolute joke thy tried to deny my newborn registration there and to get an appoinment is like playing heads or tails been trying to get an appoinment to see the dr for a month and all i keep gwtting is phone call appt. I dnt care how good a dr u are u cannot diagnose anyone over the phone esp not a baby

Absolutliy disgusted with the lack of care cannot get an appointment always get told to ring back at 8 in the morning asked if I could get a prescription they told me we don't do it over the phone just came from hospital asked if I could have form for blood tests they tell me I have to see a doctor I said I have at the hospital then they say you have to see our doctor so ring back tomorrow and our doctor will decide whether you need blood test , since Dr gul left who was a very good doctor I then had to go west Rd and they are a very big disappointment you can not get an appointment the receptionist ore a complete joke not really interested your trying to explain and they talk over you and some seem to think that they are doctors I don't believe they even deserve one star the surgery is going to pot and blaming everything on covid it's getting boring now so when covid has gone what you going to blame the bad service on .

You guys NEVER answer the phone and the reason for that is because you just stand around talking and having tea breaks. Everytime I've turned up for appointments ive noticed it. Phone ringing and ringing but no answer. I have been ringing everyday. Was even in the que for 3 hours last night just for the phone to be hung up! Impossible. Shouldn't be open if you can't be bothered to pick the phone up. Been like this for years now!!
