Id like to leave no stars but have to leave one to review?. I called the surgery today for my 15 year old, the receptionist was a lady whom Ive become to recognise her voice to always be very abrupt and rude. I tried to get my son an appointment to be told take him out of school in a very rude and abrupt manner. I asked for her name has the whole conversation was very upsetting for me. For her to then put the phone down on me. Ive never experienced such an unprofessional receptionist. Its very concerning for me to think of how others may feel after speaking to her as I know of a few that have and she has caused them to be upset. Id also like to express this happens every time I call and this lady answers but now I will no longer be quiet. It isnt acceptable or professional!

Impossible to get an appointment as they don't answer the phones. I sat in the waiting area once and watched the receptionists chat to each other while the phones rang and rang. I was supposed to have a phone consultation today (at the doctor's behest) at 11:00. Finally called at 12:00 to talk about stuff I'd already told them.

Absolutely awful. Staff are so rude. Can never get through. Avoid avoid avoid.
