I have been let down by this practice due to their ridiculous appointment system and the fact that I get prescribed medication without an actual consult which have led to complications with my condition. I pay my contributions diligently every month to be left out in pain with no support. Disgusted with what the nhs has become and how complicit they are.

Refuses to renew prescriptions without blood tests which the surgery does not even do. Never had a problem with previous surgery. This practice just makes life as difficult as possible.

I just wanted to leave a review for Joanna at the Hawkwell surgery. I have recently had a test and was panicking about the results to the point where I was losing sleep. Joanna had amazing customer service, could hear how worried I was and managed to get the results to me in good time. Thank you :)
