The Pall Mall Surgery

I have tried for about 2hrs to complete an e consort no luck as I couldn't tick the right boxs with my symptons so I rang through & spoke to a care navigatior & asked her if she would fill out the e consort for me & explained my difficulty she said no as I had the means to do so myself. Ive tried again but as my symptoms are from medication i take for asthma & copd I still couldnt get through the e consort form I give up now & will do the best i can to treat myself till my next review. perhaps the e consort form needs fewer boxs to tick fewer questions to answer & simplifying to help the older generation not computer savey! I have always been happy with the doctors & surgery & always had the best treatment but this e consort form & no available help is upsetting .

This hands down one of the worst doctors surgeries I have ever come across. We as a family of 4 have been trying to register here for 3 months but every time we submit the requested information, theres something else required. Avoid at all costs - risk to health!

Used to be fantastic but has gone totally down hill. The car navigators do their best but it feels like the soul has been sucked out of the surgery. It's like they want people to go to private appointments instead of using the Surgery. It breaks my heart to see what's happening and I have nothing but praise for the folk working there but the NHS is dying and we're letting it happen.

The most frustrating doctors practices to contact cant get appointments cant get prescriptions sorted, everything online & complicated. Just would be nice to speak to a person
