Terrible place, never managed to get through to book an appointment. Went there in person this morning, nobody queuing, no phones ringing and nobody on the phone in the sight distance and the line still showing busy. And the lady at the desk says that they dont take appointments by person only by phone ( farce). No possibility to get in the queue when ringing, what a horrible management of the place and patients

Takes forever to get through. Multiple times I've rung over 300 times to just be put on hold for well over 30mins. One of the receptionists I also fine very rude and unhelpful. I don't even use them that much but when I do it's a fricking nightmare!

Been with this practice since 1982 . The doctors, nurses , receptionists and practice manager are all welcoming and efficient. Excellent patient care and patient focused treatment.

This is the worse surgery I have been to . For two days running now I have rang and 8 o'clock and finally got through at 8.45 and told no appt and to ring 111. When I said this is not good enough the receptionist put the phone down on me . I do not recommend this surgery at all

I am a young 'healthy' woman who experienced minor but uncomfortable chest pains a couple of months ago , I was told to go to A&E. I followed their guidance and went to Southend Hospital. I was told by this surgery that the hospital was expecting me and I would be 'fast tracked'. Over 6 hours later I was triaged at Southend Hospital, an ECG was performed and sent home as nothing could be found. I continued to have these pains for almost two months, been told by the surgery staff (not a Doctor) to go to A&E, and A&E told me they cant do anything unless a doctor refers me. I was never assessed by a GP at this surgery in person, despite my mother having a heart condition, and both my grandfather and great-father dying from same genetic heart condition, I was told to call back if I ever experienced the pains again. Today I began to experience the pains again, I was told to go to A&E by support staff again despite previously been told by Dr Krishnan himself to call back in should I experience such pains again. The support staff will only provide me a telephone appointment, I feel criticised by the staff who pick up the phones and organise appointments. I could hear a lady in the background begging for an appointment for her son who clearly was in pain. As someone who works with vulnerable people I am appalled with how I have been treated verbally, and lack of assessment or treatment physically. I understand the strain the NHS is currently going through however, if the Doctors surely were in surgery and return to F2F appointments then patients would surely feel more supported by their GP knowing that whatever symptoms they have, they would at least been seen and heard! Please when hiring support staff, please make sure they do have the capacity to empathise with the public, I understand the grief you probably receive on a daily basis but after today, it was I who received the grief from the staff at this surgery.
