Podiatry appointments here have been cancelled several times at short notice, then they reschedule my appointment and cancel again. Today 6/12/22 I had an appointment at 9am with the podiatrist which they sent me by text a couple of weeks ago, my wife drove me there from southchurch as I've just had a knee replacement and we arrived at 8.25 so as to get a car parking space, which we did. We sat in the car till nearer the appointment time. At 8.50 they rang and said they were cancelling my appointment because the doctor had phoned in sick. I was livid at the appalling service yet again, what a waste of time

Very happy with the service and care. I was very sodisfided. The car park is under the building you have to be careful not to miss it it's not well sign posted. Turn in at the vet surgery sign

Can't get an appointment any more without lots of hassle. Service is poor now and can't even get onto the website to book online and when you do it tells you that you have to call the doctors. Then to wait another 30 minutes for someone to answer used to be the best doctors. Bit the booking system is terrible now

I'm sorry but the whole system of trying to get a appointment has broken. Tried to get a appointment the other day. Called at 8am in the morning 75 times and still did not get through. Unfortunately I had to make a private appointment with a private gp as I was worried. I don't understand. I'm surposed to be reviewed once a year because of my medical conditions. But have not had a review for over two years..not impressed why is the system broken.......
