Absolute delight with the staff of this surgery. Always helpful and go above and beyond. Especially the advanced nurse practitioner that helped me more than any other Dr has ever done.

You call 8pm on the dot to the phone lines never been open to then keep calling to get through to be fully booked, call back at 2pm same situation 3 days later to finally get seen, next issue doctor grace clearly dont look at notes and reads them, perception didnt get put though even tho it was ordered a week before running out, then when it does its wrong one like for like, to go back to ask for the ones I actually requested to be told it was never sent over, its now the weekend and I have to go back on Monday to start this all over again when its their mistake! this isnt on no one listens receptionists are rude constantly rude! When it was Patel you never had a issue you could call up at any time of the day and 99% you would get seen on the day, the receptionists used to be friendly used to be nice could have a chat to them however I think since covid they have left as she isnt there anymore, clearly last time I was at the doctors was pre covid to post and there is a massive difference in being seen from then to now, have no idea whats happened but the staff change overs isnt good you already feel rough to have to wake up at 8am to call to get no appointments to wait 3 days to be seen by a nurse not a doctor, isnt good enough to give me a wrong prescription oh like for like thats ok? Erm no this isnt good enough mine isnt life or death prescription but its still something I heavily rely on and it needs to be right, I request it for a reason not to have a subscription what are we at Tesco? Its medication it needs to be right! This doctors has gone down hill its clearly no longer a nice family run doctors, it was known to be one of the better ones in the area, now its just like the rest they just dont care about their patients and wonder why people get Angry with them if no one is being listened to or being seen when they are sick its not on. Its just not acceptable to be treated like this half time would help is if the receptionists was nice and spoke in a kind manor like thanks for waiting wouldnt go a miss I no longer recommend this place

Terrible, I phoned this morning to make an appointment for my son who's damaged his leg at school , and was told to call back at 2. Called back at 2(exactly) and tried 21 times after. When I did get through I was told they were fully booked call back at 8am or go to A+E. Why 8am ... to go through the whole pointless episode again??

Absolutely can not fault this doctor surgery..the receptionist are so helpful and friendly...and I was so sad to see Dr patel retire however the new doctor and the local doctor are just as nice x
