Compared to the other gps ive been too (alot of different ones with uni) these guys are super friendly and always try to help. Sometimes it can be difficult to get through on the phone but everyone is busy so i cant be cross

I have always found them to be very helpful, when their phones are answered. Ive tried all day to speak to them on behalf of my elderly mum without luck. This really isnt good enough! It rings and eventually cuts me off!

Never answer the phone, the recommend you book using an app DOCTORLINK that REFUSES to book you an appointment. Just very very very difficult to get an appointment here

very unprofessional behavior over the phone and face to face 40 minutes wait to get urgent appointment three times phone hang up on my face after waiting in phone ques for more then 20 minutes each time and when went to inquire three ladies were chatting and laughing and phone was keep ringing i have been told to call 101 no appointment
