        Rung 65 times on the 11march 32 times on the 12 march but couldn't get through to anyone, they must take the phone off the hook. I pay alot of money in taxes for a service I can't use? It's about time they gave you a choice to pay tax into the NHS or keep your tax money to go private.

        Avoid, impossible to book an appointment, never answer the phones, no answer phone service offered, rude staff! Once you do get spoken to youll be told all bookable appointments are taken then told to call on the day to which youll then be told the same thing, no customer care whatsoever Note... 4 months since my review and they still dont ever answer if called, useless
