If I could leave a zero star I would, appalling service. Wrong medication, a nurse who was unable to do an injection. Very unhelpful staff. Luckily I've found another GP.

Dreadful, used to be excellent under Mr Zaidi he was a sad loss for our community, can never get appoints now , even when my dad is 82 and having chest pains, just told to go online or go down the hospital, its absolutely pathetic, how can an 82-year-old man deal with this online, and why should he wait three hours at the hospital because all these doctors do is send everybody to the hospital, what a utter joke this country is now and this practice absolutely epitomises where we are at with the NHS

Absolutely appalling. From receptionist who doesnt care or even appear human (how do these people end up in these type of jobs) to inept doctors misdiagnosing even the most simplistic of viruses. Do not go hear - even for a cold! (Well doubt you will get an appointment anyway!!) Ive never been so annoyed and disappointed as I have been trying to get any type of service or care for my mum. Wouldnt normally review but after hearing from my new doctors that this is a common occurrence at this practice I want to warn anyone from going through what my mum has! NHS need to strike these off the list fast!!!
