I would like to give this surgery 5 stars as I have been with them a few years now and recently I experienced an issue which I put in an email to the surgery. I wasn't expecting a reply as I was speaking to the doctor the next day but within hours after them opening g the surgery I had received a response to my email with an apology and they also implemented a new way of ensuring this does not happen again. Extremely grateful for the response and even though I had put in a complaint I was not treated any differently. All the staff are lovely and the receptionists really can't do enough for you. So credit where credits due and well done to you all. One satisfied customer. Will deffo recommend to others. Keep up the good work x

Went to put in a repeat prescription and got told that Im not a patient there; apparently they have kicked me out when I moved - would be good if they informed me of that when it happened instead of me finding out on my own. Receptionists are very rude - I was on the way to the hospital after speaking with 111, they have sent them a referral letter which was urgent (sent and received within 15 minutes) - receptionist argued with me for 15 minutes that there is no such thing as urgent referrals and they come next week. I asked her to check about 10 times. When she did check she indeed had the referral letter - no apology from her for arguing with a patient whos very very ill, it was her mistake. She also didnt want to let me inside to sit down and I almost passed out outside the surgery. (When she finally did let me in it was empty) Maybe just one competent dr there. Terrible Edit to reply to owner : I didnt get any letters and if I did they went to the old address which is pointless, also Im not confused, the situation with the receptionist happened while I was still a patient in 2021

Always try to get my husband an appointment, as its difficult for him to just take time off, always friendly and helpful thanks
