My medication is always delayed where I'm always having to chase it, despite dropping request in a week before i run out of meds. Happens almost every month and nobody takes responsibility l.Reception staff couldn't care less. No duty of care to patients. Totally disorg anised. Given a vague 5 hour windiw for telephone appointments
