I usually use John Lewis for all my home needs but seeing a better price at Havens decided to use them instead, despite not having being familiar with the company. They were very helpful after I accidentally missed items off after placing an order and updated it after a quick phone call. The little touch of a postcard in the received order added that personal touch. Now they are on my radar Ill be using them again! :D
