Hadleigh Dental & Cosmetics Center

My dentist Margerita is competent and caring. However the reception staff require customer service training. I can't get passed the unprofessionalism of some of the younger reception staff and their bad manners. I've lost count of the number of times I've called and the staff interrupt you before you've completed each sentence. I'm not sure if this is because it's an NHS dentist, but regardless, after yesterday I'm not going back until the staff improve their telephone manners.

Had a tooth out taken out today and it was a good experience due to the dentist and the dental nurses. They made me feel calm and very comfortable while the procedure was happening!

A brilliant service, I am an extremely nervous patient .. Margarita was wonderful, patient and kind! highly recommended, all the staff are also friendly and put me at ease! nothing is too much trouble! loving my teeth too!

WOW! I cant tell you just how much I appreciate the time and effort the team put in to making me feeling comfortable. They helped me understand what they were doing throughout the proceedure and accommodated the dental phobia i have had for over ten years! They did their best to help and show patience with me which couldn't have been easy. Thank you so much for your work ethics & professional, friendly attitudes.
