        Had an emergency, phoned and was told we had been removed because i didnt have a check up ( In covid) and i had been removed. I said i had not recieved any letter.......and response was "we havent sent these out, back log". "But we can see you private". strange that! Was a Good service,NOT NOW shame its not -5 stars.
