Natasha Hunt-Stanley RCST

I was introduced to Natasha by a couple of people. For my little girl age 3, who is very hyper, bad tantrums and very angry since a new arrival. Natasha has seen her 3 times and after the 2nd visit she could see a difference and so could we. I have also been to see her suffering from pnd and it is the most relaxing experience I have ever had. I felt so much better after seeing Natasha, her calming ways, the lovely room she has. She listens to you and understands exactly how you are feeling. Im so glad Ive met Natasha, she has really helped us all through some difficult times.

Over the last 2 years Natasha @ CST for me, has significantly improved my healing with physical injuries such as rotator cuff, sprains and other injuries I have sustained practicing martial arts. CST has helped me with sinus relief, massive improvements in mental health, well being, helping my body and mind synchronise. Recently I have had remote sessions with Natasha via video call. I found the experience to be more immersive of my entire body compared to in person sessions. I had been suffering intense pain in both elbows for almost 6 months, after 2 remote sessions the pain is now minimal, and the strength has returned to my hands. Remote sessions have given me the same physical and mental improvements i have experienced with CST previously. Natasha @ CST for me has dramatically improved my well being physically and mentally.

I went to Natasha after a friend of mine recommended her to me. The first time I went just to see what is all about. She helped me massively with my gastric reflux and indigestion that I was suffering for years. Also I feel more relax and confident! Cannot recommend her enough

Natasha is magic! I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's and I am feel so so much better after a course of treatments. Natasha has also helped me through some emotional issues and a few other aches and pains! Thanks Natasha.

I wouldn't miss my relaxing CST sessions with Natasha for the world! I've been treated by her for two years now and it's an amazing therapy for complete wellness. It works physically and mentally for me and has helped to balance me out. Natasha is understanding, so warm and friendly and a calm presence in my life.
