        18th in queue, 1 hour & 20 minutes later was 1st in queue then finally gave up after another 20 minutes. Useless.

        Completely unbelievable service. My documents was sent southend on March, they never action on it until I visited them. Firstly they said they never received Complete documents and asked me to provide missing documents (secound copy). After 3 days when I went to give the second copy of the documents they said they found all required documents.they have no phone number to contact them and they normally doesn't reply any emails. Serious negligence with legal matter.hard to trust if I can get justice.
