        The worst service I ever got from Evri I sent a parcel on the 30 sept and I sent next day delivery and till today the receiver has not got it . No number to call only automated way of conveying message I am very crusty with this service and hope no one sends thru Evri to avoid this stressful duty

        Terrible customer service. Its very hard to get your point across as well when the person cannot communicate with you due to a language barrier. Was told to just go to another shop instead of trying to resolve my problem. Extremely unprofessional and a very disappointing experience especially when he started shouting aggressively for no reason. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
