Salimi & Associates Dental Clinic

Been coming to this dentist for 30 plus years. Never really liked the dentist there in the early days but really happy with the current dentist. Couple of problems that she put right and was always had the answers to my questions. The assistant was very helpful too.

Had a new bridge and crown done here for my front teeth, service was excellent, colour matching was brill. I can smile unselfconsciously for the first time in years :)

Mr Rankin is undoubtably the best dentist Ive had the pleasure of using. You'd hardly know he was there! A gentle professional reassuring dentist. Although Mr Ranking is 'top dollar', its often very difficult to get through to the practice and there a bit behind with the times regarding payment methods, i.e. no machine so make sure you take a cheque book or good old fashioned cash!

Like many Dentists, she was great when she was in early practice, but now plain greedy and is only interested in private patients in need of long term expensive plans.. which is a shame, because she got where she is through NHS customers. She left me with several patched up, partly filled broken teeth. Refused to give a treatment I was entitled to on the NHS (crowns) and ultimately, rather than improve my dental condition, actually worsened it. During one of my last treatments with her practice, she had a (Eastern European maybe Russian.. I'm not entirely sure) stand in who was frankly barbaric and downright rude.. and the dental assistant and receptionist agreed with me on that. Unless you are a millionaire.. or enjoy being treated like a third class customer.. look at another Dentist!
