        Never answer the phone if you have a parcel going to these guys you are in no mans land it may well never arrive and forget 24 hours next day that's a dream

        Yet again my next day delivery has been left behind at the hub. If you phone there is never any explanation for why! This is happening with quite a bit of frequency. Would not recommend

        1st CLASS SERVICE FROM APC. Brought something from a company up north, late Friday afternoon. Was expecting delivery Tuesday, but APC were so quick they tried to deliver it Monday morning at 9am, sadly I was out & I missed it. However I contacted the Rayleigh office 3 hours later, they called the driver (who was still in the Basildon area, who returned 20 minutes later with my item WOW. Sure I might have had to call the office 3 times within 5 minutes (because they were busy) & answered on the 3rd attempt, but what better service could you want from a company. I 100% highly recommend APC. Well Done THANKS
