This shop has a rather inconvenient policy where they only accept Evri parcels before 12pm. I believe they do this so that they dont have to store the parcels in the shop (even though every other Evri store manages this fine). I can imagine a huge amount of peoples time has been wasted attempting to return parcels here. If theyre only able to accept parcels during a short window each day, they would be better off not accepting them at all, would save a lot of people the trouble!

Very very rude customer service! Tried returning and amazon parcel following instructions. Was told I was wrong and shouted at and verbally abused for asking them to read the email I had been sent. Then said they refuse to serve me as I was the one 'who started it' I was shouted at and made to look silly. While the woman served another customer laughing about me loadly... even though she was in the wrong?! Has been reported. Will never use this shop again!

Unbelievably rude and poor customer service. Tried to drop a Hermes parcel off but told for the 5th time needs to be before 12:00. Hermes website says otherwise.

I hate this shop. I have had the misfortune of having to go in their twice in the last 25 years! Most of the staff are rude- I went in to return a Hermes parcel - they say theyre only open until 12 noon for Hermes returns yet the Hermes website says 9pm. Of course, they were far too busy with their 1 other customer to offer better customer care and just put it through. I will NEVER go in there again. Its a horrible little scummy shop, its disorganised in its layout and dark/dingey inside.
