Totally unhelpful. Open til 9pm but when I arrived at 8:50pm to drop off a couple of parcels, they refused as 8:30pm the latest drop off. I had left home and walked round there especially to do that, but just because they couldnt be bothered to help 10 minutes before closing they refused! Awful service
