You need to watch for these guys in here when paying card they will add random thing to your order so you dont notice and pay it. The place added 10 last time I was here and time before it was 15

Have gone to this store regularly for 5 years, and up until a few months ago with no problem at all. However a few months ago they started to employ a guy,who in my opinion should not have any type of job where he has to deal with the public.His customer skills are non existant.He always has ear phones on, I guess listening to music,and so when you do actually speak to him,he can't hear you and so ignores you.When he is actually forced to speak to you on those rare occasions,he has this attidude,I guess because he can't listen to his music, and is basically very rude. I popped in there today after work at 5 :20pm.He was there and as usual wearing his earphones.Placed a few items on the counter and handed over a 5 winning scratchcard from the previous weekend.I was the only customer in the shop,but my goodness the look on his face! I guess because he might actually have to do a bit of work! He then spent the next 20-30 seconds aggressively telling me I need to give him "numbers!"??? I had no idea what he was talking about and politely told him so.All I got back was more of the same from him,with the usual attitude.At this point I took the scratch card back from him,left my items on the counter, and told him not to worry and I would cash it elsewhere.On average I spent between 20-50 per week at this store.Now I will never set foot in it again,and will spend my money elsewhere.I will also tell my family,friends & neighbours to do the same.
