        The staff were fabulous but I have to say I was a little miffed by the security guard literally standing staring at me, I know he's got a job to do but I wasn't the only customer in there ... made me feel very uncomfortable

        Appalling ,no customer service , no sense of urgency , no customer welcome , staff slowly filling shelves whilst customers waiting to be served. If the woman serving went any slower she would stop. M&S should spend less on fancy adverts and spend more on teaching their staff that customers pay their wages.
