        Two shop assistents falsely accused me of shoplifting in front of customers without any proof. They made me stand in line for 10 minutes because they'd refuse to serve me and the made fun of me. I've never been back there since calling the police because one of the shop assistent had a go at me, in front of customers, for making a complaint against her for bullying. I get flashbacks and nightmares ever since then. I'm always looking over my shoulder everytime I walk into shops. I panic everytime somebody shouts or screams near me. I'm always doubting myself and I feel like this is all my fault. I now have PTSD because of that incident.

        Staff seem to be more concerned about cigarette breaks than serving customers.I don't know why they have to tills there the queues are always long. I suggest you find a new recruitment officer.
