        Staff is very rude, they talk about my country in they're language and I did not understand what they said but they laugh ,I will avoid this shop ,they make me feel very bad about this

        Staff are always polite, friendly and welcoming, I enjoy using the paypoint for bills purely because of the staff... "accidentally" getting some tasty snacks are always a bonus, too. Prices are okay, and stock and variety are good.

        Extremely disappointing that when toilet roll was scare my daughter, who has 4 children was charged 10 fo 8 rolls at 1.25 per roll. My daughter had no choice as had none, and this is her local shop and has been a loyal customer for just over 5 years. When she was paying a customer behind her said 'your being ripped off' my daughter said she didn't have any, what could she do, the guy behind the counter said.... nothing!

        Brought a few bits and some drinks here with the misses, they didn't hand over a bottle that I was unaware of till after we got back; then proceeded to claim that they weren't open upon time of purchase & did not want to do anything to justify what had happened. Day light robbery!
