Dolly's

Exceptionally poor service from very rude staff. Young man left serving in a shop who has absolutely no clue what he has to do to simply return a parcel via UPS. Trying to fob me off with 1 receipt for 3 items going to 3 different retailers!!! When you question it and ask for 3 separate receipts as is always given you get told to leave the shop. when asked why the items are being given back to me he says he doesnt know and when asked why he doesnt know he says he doesnt know why he doesnt know hes just staff!!!! Customers all laughing at himWhy on earth leave someone in charge that doesnt know what on earth hes doing if you want receipts for proof of return go somewhere else or youll end up with paying for your item coz you dont have a receipt

A corner shop with heart! For such a tiny shop, they pack in a lot but I generally pop in for sweets and emergency milk! Unlike other corner shops locally, the staff are friendly and helpful if you can't find what you want, with a cheery chat and a smile. When my child was learning to pay in shops, we chose Dolly's as I knew they'd be kind to her and not impatient.....as a small independent shop, they value us locals and it shows!
