        Very rude person called Micheal who started huffing & puffing & pulling an indignant face when I asked if he could help me at the self service till that said needed staff code input assistance, store was very busy & he could see that assistance was needed as he was arranging the flower section right next to tills, after taking a few minutes to decide wether he wanted to help or not he came over & scanned his staff card, see it wasnt that hard was it Micheal helping a customer.
