We used All Timber Construction for a full loft conversion. From start to finish they were nothing but professional, helpfull and reliable. They explained the job well so that it was understood for someone with no knowledge of the terminology. The price was transparent and easy to follow and broken down for the different types of costs. It was very reasonable and value for money. Jordan dealt with all the contractors used and co ordinated them so that the job flowed smoothly and with the least distruption. He told us what "legal bits" were needed and when and made sure all paperwork was in order. His workmen were very polite and conscious that we were still living at home. The job was finished on time and in budget. We have had lots of people comment on how lovely the conversion is and how well the work has been done. We are thrilled with it. We could not be happier with our bespoke alcove units and shelving. I had an idea in my mind of what I wanted but Jordan helped guide me through with what would work and made me feel comfortable taking through my ideas. I had no idea that the finishing product would be as amazing as it was. Jordan is so skilled and his attention to detail was another level. Asked them to come and give us a quote for flooring, new kitchen, island bespoke etc. Messed us about for a week giving us all sorts of reasons for not turning up and eventually sends us a text today saying we can have a chat on the phone. If so unreliable to even turn up a price the job I dread to think what they would do if the job started. Luckily we found a proper contactor meantime. UPDATE! THAN YOU FOR YOUR REPLY WHICH YOU SEEME TO BE VERY FAST RESPONDING. WE STAND BY OUR COMMENTS AND ADVISE EVERYONE TO AVOID YORU SERVICES AS THEY WILL PROBABALY BE MESSED ABOUT JUST AS WE HAVE BEEN. PURPOSE OF TEH REVIEWS IS EXCATLY FOR EVERYONE TO SEE WHO THEY ARE DELAING WITH BEFORE CONATCTING THEM SO ACCURATE AND TRUE REVIEWS WILL AND SHOULD BE POSTED. We have used All Timber Construction Ltd several times after being recommended to us by others. We are absolutely delighted with the finished project and would not hesitate to use this company again. We had a 12 Mtr x 5 mtr raised mill board decking installed with balustrade and built in hot tub and couldnt be happier as its just as we planned and wanted. If you are looking for a top quality job to be done with excellent workmanship then this is the company to use. The team have just finished a second decked area and we are hoping that they are going to book us in to start work on another project which includes a large garden tree house with climbing frames. The team are really friendly, helpful, honest and nothing is too much trouble for them (even when my wife changed her mind midway through about the design shape and things had to be changed and altered) I would not hesitate in recommending this company as their quotes are reasonable and the attention to detail on the finished project is excellent.
