Sean and his team carried out a single story extension, extensive renovation work and patio design for us last Summer. It involved full rewiring, plumbing, kitchen and bathrooms installation and the decorating every room in our house over a 4 month period. We had a very positive experience with Sean, who was always at the end of the phone or there in person to help and support us throughout the process. He has a great eye for detail and accommodated any last minute changes we had. All of the guys that work with Sean are polite, friendly and really helpful. The end result is a beautiful renovation and extension that we're really pleased with. We were certainly recommend Sean Tnomas Construction.

Sean and his team have carried out a single story extension, which included a kitchen installation with a matching flushed polished concrete flooring to the outside patio. The extension included a new utility room with a new boiler system. They also fitted a new bathroom suite, which involved removing our airing cupboard to create a larger shower and removed 2 windows in order to fit 1 window. We found Sean to be informative and he was great to discuss ideas with. Him and his team are polite and take pride in what they do. We also found Alyssa was a great addition, as she took care of our deadline. She has great relationship with contractors and is super helpful. We are over the moon with our extension and we would certainly recommend Sean Thomas Construction.

Sean Thomas undertook work at our new house in Cambridge - plasterboarding, plastering, decorating etc. Even though the logistics of running such a job from Southend were significant, everything was done to a very high standard, those doing the jobs were responsive and conscientious and Sean himself kept a close eye on things to make sure all went smoothly. Highly recommended.
