Having used R C S, Markj in particular, for many years, I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help and guidance with their PC . Each time I have had a problem and needed to visit/speak with them, they have found a solution and guided me through it onto the correct path. Each year they send a reminder that the annual service is due and quickly and efficiently deal with this and other problems they can see need to be averted - as well as any others you wish them to look at as their assistance you feel is neded. My words of thanks are rarely enough when I need their help.

I've been using Rayleigh Computer Shop for quite a time and would thoroughly recommend them. Real customer service, nothing is too much trouble so rare these days. You can leave your computer with them knowing they will sort things out quickly. Totally trustworthy.

My Laptop died with years of data lost. RCS was able to remove my data from the dead hard drive and sold me a 2nd hand laptop and loaded all my data. 3 times I returned as I remembered I needed other data and at no cost John recovered the data. Absolute genius but the service was outstanding. A million thankyou.
