    What terrible service to come from a place that provides help for broken technology. The employees undoubtedly have no experience with any sort of technology in the 21st century, nay, any centuries in the modern era for they are a group of civilized troglodytes that have barely passed the art of computing. These inadeqaute workers were probably employed mainly from their acception of cheap labor, as they look like they've been living under a rock. They lack any knowledge, with the exception of smoking, which I perpetually see outside the working premise doing the exact thing. I had brought in a laptop, which had many technical problems due to the retailer I bought it from, and as I was standing behind a single person with a similar complication, 30 minutes of my time was wasted for something so simple, as to a slight internet error, was extended into a half hour period in which one third of it was the employee logging on and off with it. There was only a maximum of two employees near the counter , who looked as if they had no experienced with a device that has become known globally. It was so bad, that the customers behind me had left with short notice, due to the tedious act of just standing there. I had not been able to contain my anger, while waiting in this miserable line, while holding my laptop. After I was finally able to elaborate my technical problem, I had decided to return the device, which in return took a significantly long amount of time to complete. After buying another laptop, I had concluded some visible difficulties, but I did not want to return to this horrible place just to avoid the mundane and taunting experience.
