Costa Coffee

Given how busy the staff are the service was good. I think it's unfair to criticise the staff. They generally seem very busy and probably aren't paid particularly well. Noise is inevitable given there are lots of people around and it's difficult to make coffee without making much noise. Trivial complaints seem unnecessary to me.

Came into today at the Rayleigh Costa staff were miserable bought a baby cuppa chino for my granddaughter they only gave 1 marshmallow normally at other Costas you at least get 2 also it was cold they werent very approachable so we left wont be going to that one again

Disappointed with the customer service here. When we asked the barista what the new 'ultimate milk blend' was. We were answered with a gruff, "I don't know, I've never had it!" Additionally my flat white was bland and more like a weak latte in strength. I was hoping for a double shot drink, but didn't feel that I could comment further due to the manner of the previous member of staff.

Was given a voucher for my bday and to be honest I wouldnt have ventured into a Costa if I didnt have the voucher. Coffee was good but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, I had been in about 3 weeks before and seemed to be the same dirt & grime, I dont mean to swear but I much prefer Greggs for both vs quality, service and cleanliness.
