        Waiting from 16:00 to 17:25 at Safron Walden High Street bus station towards Stansted airport (23rd of December). Thank you so much for being so punctual! Hope you definitely loose your contract next time.

        Either late or just dont turn up. This is a once a day school service so leaves kids just standing not knowing if they will make it to school or not. Too unreliable and should not be given a school contract.

        Very poor service- half the buses are late and the drivers are very rude. Im angry I have to even use this service but its the only one that goes to where I live.
