        Excellent customer service and a perfect job. my carpets looked like new and my flat was sparkling!.. I have no idea how the previous reviewer can only give 1 star! No complaints here i would recommend fibretec to anyone.

        If i could give no stars i would. We paid dor a end of tenancy clean, Richard came round i showed him round and he quoted 180 pounds... he cleaned house and dropped keys off to estate agents for us.. 2 weeks later the landlord bills us for a proffessional clean as the house was dirty and had not been cleaned.. i complained to richard and said i have detailed photos to show no clean had been done he was not interested and said he didnt need to see photos as he trusts his staff did a good job... we are now left out of pocket and Richard the owner hung up on us... beware this is a scammong company..DO NOT USE!!!!!!
